I need McDreamy

Tomorrow (rather later today)is my big neurology appointment. I have no idea what to expect. No idea what I'm hoping for. Answers would be nice. Nasty, scary tests...notsomuch. I know there is something going on. Something more than anxiety or migraines. It will be interesting to see how seriously she takes this.

Where is McDreamy when you need him?
